Network Rail staff - Priv ticket facilities

I am sure I read somewhere that Network Rail staff are to receive privilege ticket facilities. No “boxes” though. I can find no reference anywhere now to this facility being granted.
Did I dream this or is there some definite possibility of this? Thank you.

Network rail staff now get priv travel

Will FOC’s ever get this or is there no chance? I'm sure it would be available if the FOCs are willing to pay the "right" price. Perhaps DRS might be able to wangle it seeing as they are government owned. But very unlikely to actually I'd have thought - it wouldn't have enough value to most...

just what is on the forum as far as I’m aware. But that thread has been updated since the last time I looked suggesting it’s only for certain bands in management grades.

It's been offered as part of the most recent pay talks. As only a small section of Network Rail management has accepted a pay deal I assume they are the only ones getting it at the moment.

If/when other groups agree a deal I assume they will get priv facilities from then.

All of NR Management accepted the pay deal (in negotiation terminology), and they are indeed going to get the benefit.

Only bands 1 - 4. There are some management who are in bands 5 - 8. There is still no full detail on what they have accepted either. When is it from, do you opt in or opt out.
