Network Rail Staff Leisure Card

First off, apologies if I have posted this in the wrong forum.

I recently registered for the Network Rail Staff Leisure Card, I have received the card itself via the post on Monday, does anybody know how long it takes for the one off passcode to arrive, or do you have to chase this up?

Also, I have applied for a card for my Wife, one she receives her card will I have to chase up here one off passcode or will this be sent out via e-mail?
