You should answer these tests with your honest answers, what you
would do in such a situation. There is little point in giving standard answers
since the questions always vary and they will often ask the same question,
but worded slightly in order to catch people out who answer with what they
think the company wants to hear, rather than what they actually think.

What position are you going for?

You can practice SJT to some extent, because you can learn what kind of answers employers expect for specific positions. Try googling it, but jobtestprep online have some practice tests with explanations that I found useful.

I think it really depends on the position you are going for though.
