Network Rail Signaller Application Process?

Hi, I've recently applied for a signalled role which closed on the 26th, it required me to submit a CV including a Cover Letter, and then after the submission I was invited to do a SHL Situational Judgement test. I fully submitted my application on the 25th, and I am wondering how long roughly HR are before they e-mail you the outcome, in terms of interviews I am familiar with the local manager in my area but I am curious as to the time interval it takes before you receive an invite to an interview or not. Any help is appreciated thanks!

I can't remember how long it took to find out about my shl.
Keep your eye on your application status it will change to something along the lines of under review for assessment one/two this can be a long drawn out process as nothing's ever done fast in this industry.
In answer to your question regards interview your next stage if successful would be an assessment day with a number of tests and if memory serves me right the top five scores from the people who pass the assessment will be put through to an interview.

It was around a month from me submitting my application/SJT to receiving an invitation for assessment. As always with railway recruitment things do not (generally) move fast so don't worry.

If it helps, mine was slightly quicker. It was exactly 14 days from receiving notification that I had passed the SJT to receiving an email inviting me to the assessment centre which was another 2 weeks later. I think it all depends on how busy HR are as I understand the choice of who gets to the assessment centre is entirely down to them. Best bet is to keep checking the progress on line but you will get an email advising you of any significant developments. Good luck!
