Hello people

Just a quick question , a friend has applied for a signaller position with NR and has been sent an online test to complete via SHL

Has anyone come across this test before ? What does it involve ?

Thanks

Where has your friend applied and what job?
I sat one which was a situational judgement excersise. It was 16 questions/scenarios where you have for options for each. You have to tick the most effective and the least effective responses. Takea 20mins.
Hope this helps

Did this test a few weeks ago, like said Situational judgement test, just use common sense and give the answers that an employer would want you to give!
Good luck to your friend.

Some of them are a bit odd, and i'd recommend thinking about the 8 NTS skills while you complete them. Some of them obviously refer to things like 'planning and decision making' and a few of the answers aren't quite common sense, but by and large, you should be fine.
