Network Rail Recruitment Process - Operative (Signal Maintenance)

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and have a few questions about a recent application I have made to Network Rail for a Track Operative - Signal Maintenance, This is not the apprenticeship scheme.

I have passed my initial application and I have just completed the SHL online testing. I am just awaiting to hear back from this.

I want to know what the onwards recruitment process is for this position and also what sort of interview questions are asked... If I get that far!

Hi Dale,

I'm in signalling, not maintenance, so can't advise directly, but what I will say, is be patient. The process can take a long time.

As for interview questions, again, I can't be specific, but in general I imagine they'll revolve around the 8 non-technical skills.
