Network Rail have published track plans of the Network on their website

and click on track and routemileage and then select the area required on the next page

Laughable when the link above it is for the sectional appendix, which it wants you to register for, and the maps are from the very same document !!

NESA is only available to railway employees who would need to use the sectional appendix and registration is verified by your employer before you are given a password to use it. But they are definitely extracts from the various tables of the appendices though.
