Hi all. I've applied and reached the interview stage for an off track operative, and although I don't want to get ahead of myself I'm curious as to how long it takes generally to progress up to technician and to team leader. I know that people progress at different rates, and I wouldn't want to rush through, just wondered what people's experiences of it are.

Depending on what positions there are there isn't a time scale. Could be right away or could be years
