Can't help you, sorry.
I think they do this as the following but not confirmed.
If you a operative you have to gain basic track man competencies such as look out COSS etc.Then you work up to a Technician grade this involves ES and PICOP then up to a Team leader grade this involves all as the Technician grades and Trackman plus any additional courses etc to may need.
