Hi I’ve seen a role Operative(Works Delivery Off Track) and was wondering if the salary £23,650 was the maximum salary or if there is scope to make more with overtime and rest days.

If anyone in the current role is able to advise please.

Thanks

It would depend on which contract/Terms and conditions cover the depot you would be working from. AMEC or balfour Beaty are the 2 most common.
AMEC get time plus 40% at weekends, BB get time plus 45% at weekends and time plus 25% for midweek nights.

Thanks.

Just trying to decide wether it’s worth applying for, the basic would be a wage drop of about 12k but might not be too bad with the enhanced payments.

Depending on overtime availability but some of my Guys earn as much in overtime as their basic.
