I found a link in a thread that is now closed to the NR Operational Rules

The Engineering Access Statement (EAS) and the Timetable Planning Rules (TPR) are collectively referred to as the Operational Rules.

I found the section 7 entries that I'm interested in but there only seems to be half the years as they run from Week 27 to Week 1
Not sure where the Week 1 to 26 or 27 might be?

For 26/27 and 27/28:
Up to Week 27 is V2 or latest child version (2.1, etc).
After Week 27 is V4 or latest child version.

V1 is the draft for V2.
V3 is the draft for V4.

No, I don't know why it was set up this way.

The same versioning is also used for the TPRs, although obviously the validity date of the TPRs is aligned to the Timetable operation dates, not the EAS dates.

It's confusing because the 25/26 V2 covers Week 26 onwards.

EAS was altered to financial dates to help with financial planning for renewals etc so runs 1-26.

What you're looking at already does - each weekend includes work in the week after it. It's on the GW, but look at P4250567 for example in the same period you're looking at (V4 2026 to 2027) near Bristol which is in week 30. It's a midweek posession running Monday to Friday. Network Rail weeks start on Saturday and end on Friday.

I know of the Cyclic blocks - they tend to be midweek overnight - used to them around the North West.

I'm interested in the sort of blocks that just appear for a week or more

Yes it's usually abbreviated to ARP on the Network Rail website and pdf files.

I haven't properly integrated it into my website yet, but I have a copy of the S7 maps and I try to keep it updated with new ones (though I haven't removed the old ones from 2025!)

I will make it so it keeps the same position on a page when flicking through weeks soon as this would be useful.

Is the CPPP on a website somewhere or is it rail staff only - I used to be able to see it before I retired in 2016

It might be on a website somewhere, but NR won't publish the CPPP online that I know of.
