Hi guys i have a interview for a signaller i was wondering what type of questions i may get asked, any help would be great thanks
It's been a few years since I had an interview for a signallers job, but back then, the questions started as you would expect: Tell me about yourself, What do you know about the role, what do you know about Network Rail, Why do you want the role, what could you bring to the role etc.
Then there were questions which I struggled a bit with like describe a time you've worked in a group and someone in that group didn't like you. What did you do, how did you cope. Also things like a time you've had to work as part of a team to achieve a successful outcome to something and also what was my proudest moment in a work-related environment.
As I say, this was a few years ago but hopefully may give you a bit of a clue!
