Network Rail Interview for Operative (off track)

Hi folks

I have an interview on thursday at network rail for operative off track, and was wondering if anyone could give me any info on the interview etc? I have looked up the 8 non technical skills and have done a mock interview with the wife but needing more info.

Sounds pretty similar to the sort of thing carried out in my job. Safety meeting, near miss reporting etc. Thanks for the info
