Can any give me any information on what kind of thing i'd be doing if i was offered a position on the scheme next year.

I'm specifically thinking of applying to Project Management so does any have any example what i'd get up to? Would i be shadowing someone at first before being let loose on my own project? What kind of projects are people set as their first ones?
