Network Rail Grad Scheme

Anybody know how long it takes Network Rail to process graduate scheme applications? I have got past the first stage and onto online tests which i have done. Does anyone know what time of year they do assessment centres and things (should i be successful).

Just asking as i have an assessment centre at another company and i as i am looking to work for network rail i would like to know timings so i know at which point i wont get Network Rail and i can accept roles at other companies.

NR Grad assessments for the 2014 intake will begin Jan 18th and the last one is scheduled for Mar 15th. The exact date would depend upon which scheme you have applied for.

Yorksbear, can you tell me more about this scheme? I didnt know they had such things. What roles is it for? What are the starting salaries and where can it lead? I am graduate, though I did my degree in about 2000BC, I would be interested

Network Rail got back to me with the offer of a phone interview about 2 weeks after I accepted an offer from another railway company...

They have roles for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering. Project management, finance, property, IT and a few other things.

Search it in google. Network rail graduate scheme and that should elad you to the site.

Thank you. I have now done all the online assessments and i am awaiting the results of those. Hopefully they will invite me to grad assessment day.
