Unfortunately I did not get shortlisted for interviews recently for 2 operative jobs. I emailed HR and asked if it was at all possible for some feedback from the recruiting manager, I got the reply "you didn't quite make the interview shortlist", the reply was so quick I doubt it even got as far as the manager. I appreciate the managers are busy, but is this a standard response from Manchester?
