Would imagine its pretty good, like most TOC's are.
They dont offer quite the same perks though, in terms of travel passes & Final Salary pension.
But they do offer Priv's & season ticket loans etc
But they look like a good outfit from what i've seen.
There's plenty of worse jobs out there!!

No Privs but you can get a subsidy or loan for a season ticket (think it is 75% with a maximum amount of £2,250 at present).
With regard to pensions you need to have 5 years service or be able to transfer in from another section before you can join the full Railway Pension Scheme though there are two other schemes (not final salary) that you can join straight away.

interesting, I always thought they got them.
Because 75% equates to a priv rate, but i see what you mean now.

The only NR staff that get anything other than the discounted season ticket by way of travel facilities are those who are "safeguarded", ie. ex BR, pre 1996.
