Hello! I’ve been invited to complete a video interview for the role of Customer service assistant for Network rail at Leeds. I can’t find any information about it-is this a new part of the interview process due to Covid 19 do you think? Thanks!

They do introduce them sometimes. Recruitment is wild at the moment so they are doing video interviews and applying tests to vacancies to whittle down numbers. They are also closing vacancies when it hits 5O applicants aswell.
