I've never actually seen a BTP car on blue lights and a Network Rail Response unit at an incident before! (Save for anything that makes headline news)
(This isn't even meant to play into the hands of the subset of users here who joke that BTP don't do anything useful, I was genuinely interested in seeing a joint agency response but I couldn't work out what the issue was)

the reference to "joint agency response" was about there being both a BTP Police Car and a Network Rail Response Unit there - apologies if that was clumsily worded. Thanks for the interesting info about the truly joint response units though - I didn't know these existed
