Hi,
I recently applied for a track operative job with network rail and completed online SHL tests which I passed. Could anyone tell me what 'Invite to assessment 2 pending' means? Is it an interview? If so, what should I expect?
Many thanks :)

I believe this is where the hiring manager looks at your application. Your test scores will be compared with others and the highest 10 i think go forward to stage 2.

Good luck.

'Invite to assessment 2 pending', for my signalling job at least, seemed to suggest that I'd already been selected for interview and it was waiting for that to be arranged.

Pending, as tom said, means you have already been sifted my the manager, and you will receive a call in the next few days with an invite to the interview!

Hi everyone,
I've applied for the signalling discipline on the Apprenticeship, and have recently got an email telling me that I need to wait for my invite to an assessment centre in May/June... does anybody know what sort of thing I should expect from the assessment centre? Will it include an interview or will it just be working in a group?

Thanks!

I had my assessment centre (for telecoms, but there were signals folk there too) a few weeks ago. Yes, there's an interview as part of it. The email you get inviting you to a date has much more information on, and explains everything you need to know.

Good luck!

Has anyone been to their interview with Network rail yet? How'd you get on? I have mine in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone has any heads up?

I had no idea that it was so much more than just an apprenticeship scheme ;) .

(Good luck to you both, of course!)

You find out if you passed if you get through to the next stage. As for scores, I have never been told (internally

Any updates from anyone?

Its not a matter of hard/easy as the SHL is more of a personality test. Have you done it yet?
