I went up to Hellifield today 3rd September to see the last Fellsman of the season hauled by 70000 Britannia, in some dire weather conditions, those sidings were swamped at Hellifield and it had just bucketed it down!!!

80078 on the left passed by 80116 (80138) they had both worked double headed from Grosmont, but split before entering Pickering station for some reason

After staying overnight at Malton whilst visiting the NYMR Steam Gala i decided to head to York not Pickering for the morning to see 44871 Rail 200 Special Railway Touring Company especially as this was the actual 200th Anniversary date

926 Repton only arrived back at Newbridge yard on Thursday, but was lit up overnight and it was on the rear of the 44806 service Friday morning, though it was removed at Grosmont and did not take any more part in the gal till Sunday

While staying overnight in Derby Friday-Saturday after visiting the GCR steam gala on Friday, i had a bad fall landing on allready knackered knees, causing me a lot of pain
I made it to the SVR for the class 37 gala but was in a lot of pain, i took the following photos at Kidderminster, Bewdley and Highley, managed a complete round trip, but finally had to start to head home to Yorkshire as i was in a lot of pain!1
