Need Help with Job Interview

Dear All,

I am being interviewed this Monday for the Southern Rail Conductor Line Manager Role. I have passed all the tests at Croydon, but I have been told before my interview on Monday morning I will still have to do the role playing. I don't mind role play, but I have no idea what it will be about and what they might be looking for? If anyone has any advice what to do or not do at the role play and the interview, please let me know?

Also I would like to do a little research before my interview and one of the requirements is a knowledge at least in part of Rule Book Module G-1 or Southern Code of Conduct. Do any of you have this part available as a pdf anywhere that I could download?

We're you told the latter specifically or was this on the application.

Hi, no I wasn't told specifically. I just want to do well at the interview and showing initiative might have scored some points. I am up against people who are not external and I have been trying to work for the rail company for some time now, so I am just looking for anything that might help me.
