Need a Crosscountry Trains Lanyard and Whistle - help please!

Very sorry if this isn't the right place or wrong thread but I'm really hoping somebody on here will be able to help me. My 13 year old godson has only one thing on his Christmas list and I'm desperate to get this for him. He would really like a Crosscountry Trains lanyard and if possible a whistle too. He has been blind from birth and loves to hear the different pitches of each guard whistle and trains are basically his only passion. Very happy to pay for the items. I've tried CrossCountry Trains with no luck. Any ideas please?

Searchforstuff - did you try their customer relations team? Or tried contacting them on social media?

Unfortunately I don't work for XC any more but I do know that if you speak to the right people this should be possible.

Don't call them. Someone on the phone in a busy call centre isn't likely to have the time or inclination to go hunting for stuff they don't keep in the office.

Contact them on Facebook and explain why you'd like one, much more chance of success there.
