I have recieved some National Rail Vouchers for a 2 hour delay.

Am I right in thinking that I can't use them
a) online
b) at a self service ticket machine

and that I can only use them:
a) at a ticket office
b) from a conductor on train?

Thanks

Mitch

That is correct, you can also use them through some Telesales departments and at Rail Appointed Travel Agents.

All of the above are correct.

Some telesales departments will accept them too however it is a time-consuming process.

Edit: Beaten again. Second time today.

They are an acceptable means of payment on the train: but be aware that some guards might not have come across any in a while...
