National rail vouchers

Hi i have still got aprox £25 of national rail vouchers from east coast due to late running etc. But they run out next month. I can i replace them for new ones or will i loose them if i dont use them before the date they expire?

No, they don't have to replace them. Twelve months is long enough to spend £25 really.

However Virgin will replace vouchers which have expired. I am sure that if you give East Coast a ring, they will consider replacing them in the interests of good customer relations.
