Network Rail have split the mileages from their timetable files out into a separate file (they have made substantial changes to the arrangement of the timetable, but those aren't my concern here). The NRT web page is here, and the mileage file is here.

They seem to have simply copied across the data from the May 2021 timetable, but I find the plainer format makes it easier for a computer to parse. Having done this, I notice that there are a number of stations which are included in the main tables, but not in this one:

Aldrington (AGT), East Worthing (EWR) & Fishersgate (FSG):
These were in T188, but the table lost its distance list with the May 2018 timetable, and hasn't been reproduced here in any form.

Ham Street (HMT), Appledore (APD), Winchelsea (WSE), Doleham (DLH) & Three Oaks (TOK):
These haven't had a distance table since they were moved in May 2018 from T189 to T192.

Bognor Regis (BOG):
This is in T186 without a distance. Before May 2018, it had distances in T187 and T188.

Radlett (RDT), Mill Hill Broadway (MIL), Hendon (HEN) & Cricklewood (CRI):
These are in T052MML without a distance. They were moved there from T052 in May 2018, and had a distance before then.

Denton (DTN) & Reddish South (RDS):
These were in T078A in May 2021, but this table isn't represented in the distances file.

Ebbw Vale Town (EBB):
This was in T127, but no distance has been given for it since it opened in 2015.

Earlswood (Surrey) (ELD) & Godstone (GDN):
These were in T183, but have been omitted from the distance list for the Forward table. No distances are given in the Reverse table (which does include the stations), and no distance table has been given for this direction since May 2018.

Lymington Pier (LYP) & Lymington Town (LYT):
These were in T159, but no distance has been given for it since it was split from T158 in May 2015.

Okehampton (OKE):
This was removed from T136 in 2020, and doesn't appear in the distance table here.

Soham (SOJ):
This has only been reopened recently. It isn't mentioned in any of the timetable files I have to hand.

Tees-side Airport (TEA):
This was listed in the May 2021 timetable in T044, but isn't included here.

I also notice that the Reverse table is blank for T180, T182, T183 and T184. These were all dropped in May 2018.

As there have been few significant changes to the timetable format over the last few years, most of this data could be filled in from old timetable files.
