Hi ya. I have been left in some confusion by the National Rail Web site as am hoping someone here can help. On Wednesday I used the site to check to see the Javalins are running tomorrow (Sat) From London to Ashford and if showed all ok and gave the times. Just double checking now (Fri Eve) and it looks as if they have been suspended for the weekend for engineering work ??? Can anyone tell me if this is the case or will my 6yr old be lucky to get one?
Many Thanks

Engineering work between Margate and Ramsgate

There are no train services calling at Broadstairs, Dumpton Park or Ramsgate. However, there are connecting replacement bus services, caling at these stations, operating in each direction between Margate and Ramsgate, and Ramsgate and Minster.

This engineering work may also affect train journeys to or from the following stations (in alphabetical order):
Ashford International, Bromley South, Canterbury West, Chatham, Chartham, Chilham, Chestfield & Swalecliffe, Ebbsfleet International, Faversham, Gillingham (Kent), Headcorn, Hildenborough, London Bridge, London Cannon Street, London Victoria, London Waterloo East, Longfield, Marden, Meopham, Newington, Orpington, Paddock Wood, Pluckley, Rainham (Kent), Rochester, Sevenoaks, Sittingbourne, Staplehurst, St Pancras International, Stratford International, Sturry, Teynham, Tonbridge, Whitstable or Wye

However I just typed into the journey planner From: STP to AFK for 16/01/10 @ 0900 and it gives me departures at 0842, 0912, 0940, 1012, 1042; So it appears that they are running to Ashford.

Southeastern's website is notoriously confusing when it comes to displaying engineering works information.

HS services are running between St Pancras and Minster.

Thank you for your help. The confusion is this if you go to the National Rail Enquiries site and get the route from SPX to EBD It shows as Changes 1. Saying you need 16 Mins at St Pancras to change to the domestic Platforms. But have just used the Live Departures and it shows as running ok from the International ?????

Use London St Pancras (Domestic) [STP] for HS1 departures on the journey planner.
