National Rail Enquiries website - problems viewing detailed station map

If I bring up details for a station (eg http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/CLJ/details.html) and click on "Station Map" I see the "thumbnail" view of the station layout. But clicking on the image or "View larger version" link does not bring up the more detailed view. Instead I get a Javascript error logged (ReferenceError: WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined).

I've tried multiple browsers, all with the same result. Before I report this to NRE, can someone else try it out just in case it is a configuration issue at my end?

Thanks.

It looks like you're not the only one having problems with stations made easy: The station layout maps haven't worked for me when using Internet Explorer for a while. They seem to work fine (most of the time) when using Google Chrome though.

I think it would be worth reporting to National Rail Enquiries so the problems can be looked into and fixed.

ELS doesn't work for me - nothing at all happens if I hit the view larger version button. However if I manually change the format of the URL to match that in your CLJ I get the larger version.

Using IE

Another thing that's gone missing is the minimum connection times. I've discovered that Grand Central's site will show some of them. How they chose the stations is not intuitively obvious. Haywards Heath????

Working fine for me with Firefox.

Can I help with whatever you were looking for as I can see it?

I've had the same problem for a couple of months. I reported it to NR and they asked what operating system and browser I used etc. This is the reply I got back....

Thanks for your response providing the requested details.

I have forwarded your comments to our Website Team. They will investigate and rectify the errors found, if any.
We fully investigate all customer complaints so I'm grateful that you have let me know about this.

I've heard nothing since.
