National Express - Route 550 query

Has National Express made changes to the timetable on the 550 service?

I have a ticket booked for August leaving at 8am from Liverpool but this service no longer is present in the booking engine.

Normally I would receive an email advising of a timetable change from National Express bus this hasn't happened.

For August you can still book at 0800 from London on every day

OK, I'm confused. There isn't currently an 0800 from Liverpool and that doesn't change by the end of August. If you've got a ticket for a direct service at 0800 from Liverpool to London, I'd contact National Express.

Yes, the 0800 has run for years from Liverpool and from this month the times have changed. But I have a ticket for August on it (which I only booked at the end of March).

Only going as far as Birmingham but 10.30 arrival there with a connection to Bristol.
