I have had reason to travel on National Express for business.

The company I work for requires a receipt for the ticket purchase and this has to be submitted electronically.

Is there a way of printing a receipt showing the fare paid from the National Express Account?

The ticket confirmation emailed after booking online does not show the fare. I have tried copying and pdfing the booking confirmation email (this is different to the ticket confirmation) but it looks a right mess and quite frankly I dont think the accounts department will accept it.

If the booking confirmation email shows the price, that should be accepted. It doesn't have to look nice, it just has to have the journey and price on it.

Just do a "print to PDF" from your email client or browser. Both Windows and MacOS do this.

Thanks. Yes I have done that and have submitted it. It isn't the greatest receipt though because a) it doesnt have the National Express logo b) it runs to three pages because of all the "important" information they put underneath the travel details.
