Nanco Hoppers at Woking

Is anything wrong with the rake of Nanco hoppers at Woking Sand Terminal just outside the station on the inside of the Portsmouth line junction.

Normally those wagons are delivered, and loaded over the course of a long lunch, yet they seem to have been there all week now.

Are they crippled or something?
