Mystery tender on M42

Black, BR livery. Northbound near Tamworth. Allellys lorry.

Any idea where it was going from / going to and what loco it belongs to?

45212's tender was collected from Laira on 31/07 by Reids so, unless it's been held up somewhere and swapped to Allelys, I'd imagine it has long made it to Bury for repairs.

Unfortunately I don't know any more with regards to the tender seen on the M42, sorry
