Earlier this week I found this sign very near to the railway in the Warrington Bank Quay area. Just wondering if anyone knows what it is and if its even a railway related item. Thanks in advanced !

Sign for a stock of two core Aluminium power cable or similar? Likely does have a rail use. Sold by Thorne & Derrick UK (Bristol) amongst others?

"6/142629" refers to a Network Rail PADS (Parts and Administration Data System) reference number.

Could it be a label off a wooden cable drum, seeing the nail holes?
