Hi,
Recently i have seen a few of these sorts of services on realtime trains (http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/H10832/2013/08/05/advanced) usually originating at wigan lip and terminating at one of merseyrails terminus's. I am wondering if anyone can answer my questions, what is the train usually made up of and what is the purpose of the run, id be guessing a test train. Look forward to replies and thanks for any help
