Mystery Leicester - Bletchley working

I assume a light engine working to Bletchley but cant work out what or why - anyone know more?

I cant find any working away from Bletchley other than the FL run back to Crewe after dropping off a new EMU

Looking at the tmd on real-time trains there is a 1900 to North Pole iep depot. http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/O15666/2016/07/28/advanced
Maybe this.

Looking further the light locomotive is 0M87, and the next on is 5M87. 87=387 move?
