I thought Thames Turbo's only go on the Farnborough North line. :?

I understood what you meant, i don't think thumpers would of operated that line around then though, so it was most likely a Thamesturbo

It would indeed have been a Thames Turbo, most likely a 166 as it was non-stop (unless of course it was a Class 47 as Voyagers aren't that old - but I think that may've most likely killed her). Thumpers ceased when the Turbos were brought into a full service.
