Been reading through the site for days now and cant find anything on the MMI. Can anyone give me some help on what sort of questions will be asked on the day.

I have 2nd part of assessments on 12th of august so any help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone explain what the MMI involves? I've seen so many different types of assessment/interview/tests mentioned I'm trying to get my head around what each one involves.

Found these on the forum in seconds come on boys

1. Describe a time where you've had to follow rules & procedures
2. Describe a time where you've been involved in an emergency situation
3. Describe a time you've been on a training course for over 2 weeks or your greatest achievement
4. Describe a time where you've had to work for long periods of time alone
5. Describe a time you've had to solve a difficult problem

It's done by a psychologist and they ask you 5\ 6 questions similar to those posted above, each one is about a differnt scenario. Mine took about an hour and a quarter. Although there are only 5 main questions , the interviewer will go in to a lot of detail on each of those scenaros so make sure they are examples you can talk about well . Down to the finest detail. I found it was the toughest part of the tests, but as long as you just take your time and think about what you are going to say before you say it and don't waffle should get through it okay! Think there is a 6th question now asking about a time you have had to study hard or commit a lot of time to something. You get given a sheet before the interview with the questions on , u get time to fill in your answers on the sheet , then hand sheet back to interviewer and they ask you the questions about your scenarios.
