Hello mate. You answer the questions early on in the assessment period and then they ask you to elaborate. This may not be the same for you but it should be the same across GTR.
I literally changed all my answers, which they allow. They tried to pick holes in my story a few times by asking about something specific that you said earlier on to see if you were making it up.
If im honest he said keep it specific but i kept going general because as a surveyor it was same same but I kept my concentration high regardless of the repetition to my previous role.
The questions are within this feed so look for them there and adapt your own experience/story.
Mine were half and half because sometimes you just simply havnt got experience on the question they are asking
It comes down to how you come across as well as the answers.
