Sorry no, the MTU HST is a Open Bve one only.
But there's nothing to stop it working in Bve4 really, you may find it does not 'sit' in Bve4 correctly.
But playing around with the arrows on the number pad could correct that.
I have not tried that myself.

Actually I've just had a look at it, it has one file in it that means it does not work in Bve4.
Sorry about that, but I've noticed there's a few more users of Bve4 than you might think.
So I might reconfigure it at some point.
I don't actually consider it to be that good a cabview and not a patch on the TSC HST, I prefer the sound of Valenta's myself!
