Does anyone work for MTR Crossrail as a driver? if so what are they like to work for? in fact anyone working for MTR how do you find them as an employer? I've been offered a job with them at their Old Oak Common depot and just want to get an insight to what they are like as a company and if they value their employees. I currently work for a company that has awful management and don't want to find myself in the same boat again. All comments greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Judging by today's announcement most crossrail drivers will be on the spare link until further notice. I hope the new depot has a cribbage board!
Haha - there is still plenty to be getting on with. Learning CBTC, testing and the West routes.
