On my travels this morning I noticed that there was a MPV in platform 1 at Waterloo!

Shortage of 455s so they have fitted one of the MPV modules with seats.

It's water cannon season right now. Could it have been this?
The water cannons only work up as far as Surbiton, they dont go to Waterloo.

Not yet it isn't. And as 455driver stated they don't work up to Waterloo, it's very rare to see them up there, may be down to an engineering block and the need to turn one.
