Good Afternoon,

I am visiting Glasgow on Friday 19th May as well as Monday 22nd May and would appreciate any place, street names, positions etc were I can safely photograph freight trains.

Any help would be most appreciated !

Most freight goes via Holytown station. I used to find Coatbridge Central and Motherwell stations quite good for photography. I realise you're probably looking for locations away from stations. Greenfoot crossing and its vicinity is worth a look. Its on the line from Mossend to Grangemouth.
