Most true to life simulator?

Hi all,
I was wondering which simulator you all find closest to real life? A lot of simulators prioritize ease of access/simplicity and are a lot more 'gamey' than I imagine actual driving is like, what simulator do y'all find is the most realistic?

Personally, the 'Pro' range (and others of that ilk) of add-ons for DTG's Train Simulator. Not perfect but the best I've played, and I say that as someone who is a driver in real life.

Really enjoying Simrail at the moment. If it had 'BVE' quality cab movement it'd be absolutely perfect. The loco and EMU models are just superb
