Ha ha! That's hilarious, but actually....not that surprising in present-day Russia.
I note from reading the texts on the website (which has an archive of the calendars for several years now) that this is the work of an advertising/design agency that does a lot of work for the Metro, other Russian and Moscow City state agencies, and private companies, rather than, strictly speaking, the Metro itself. Although the name of the agency (literally Moscow Metro Advertising) clearly indicates an official connection, either now or in the past - and they evidently are involved with the design of the metro map...
Some of their posters are also not quite of TfL style...
