Im planning to take train from Moscow to Riga in June . What s the best way to buy tickets? Not seen any information on prices . Not sure id want to risk buying a few days before.

You can buy a ticket directly from RZD for the direct train at 17:06 from Moscow. It may be too early for your date.

You can buy a ticket directly from RZD for the direct train at 17:06 from Moscow. It may be too early for your date.

I did check that and its too early , i can buy St Petersburg to Moscow tickets by the looks on that website .

I looked the prices , dearer than i thought for a sleeper like 140 quid and up .Not sure id fancy the 3rd class for this length of trip.
