1 - if there are delays on any line that passes through or serves Dollis Hill then an instant move to Mornington Crescent can be made, with a reasonable reason made.
2 - if there are no delays, then you are stuck in the Dollis Hill loop for up to 10 moves.

Oh, no you can't TC. Take it like a man. That rule is rarely used as the existence of delays can't be proved.

TBH I don't think we all ahve a complete rulebook. There amy be some translated editions but their validity is questionable. The best thing is to start working through the stations randomly and we'll could correct you if you are wrong.
