FCC site reports northbound services not calling at Finsbury PArk but many are calling at Alexandra Palace instead.
WGC & hertford services are mainly starting at Alexandra Palace t connect in the the KX service calling there (also with a shuttle Drayton Park to Moorgate)

Got a alert advising the wires were sagging, it hasn't been that hot though for the OHL to sag as it?

Just passed on EC service, quite a crush on the platform at Alexandra Palace. My EC was only held 5 mins
It seems that all services heading in and out of London are being made to call there, even fast services, such as the train I occasionaly take in the evenings which goes non-stop to Kings Cross. This is due to the fact that many trains are not stopping between Moorgate and Finsbury Park.

Trains are being run in three sections (supposedly)
Moorgate to Drayton Park (3rd rail)
Kings Cross to Cambridge/Peterborough (not stopping at Finsbury Park, instead Alexandra Palace)
Alexandra Palace to WGC/Hertford North + LGC.
Doesn't look too good though!

I take it that Alexandra Palace will replace Finsbury Park until this mess is sorted out?
That is normal for Potters Bar. Since the timetable changes last year the last Cambridge service leaves Potters Bar at 16:47. After that, everything only goes as far as WGC until about 19:20. (the last through Peterborough service before the peak is at 15:50 I think)
The 17:03 Potters Bar to WGC service was on time this evening - though as it had started at Alexandra Palace it was completely empty!
the Onward cambridge service at WGC was 5 minutes late but then we had to wait 5-6 minutes for a platform at Stevenage as the terminator from Hertford had just arrived - had to wait for that to move out on to the fast line so it could shunt back into platform 1, freeeing up platfrom 4 for the train I was on. Overall only about 12 minutes late (but then normally there is a lot of slack in the timings for that train between WGC & Hitchin meaning it takes 10 minutes longer than the normal off-peak service)

Now that's a delay if I ever saw one!
Though are the problems fixed? There's nothing more about Great Northern issues on the FCC website other than a few bits about an obstruction at Norwood.

Looking at the departure boards at HAT, things seem to be back to normal-ish now, only the standard 1/2 minute delays here and there
