Monkerton / Hill Barton station not a Devon CC priority

Apparently not possible without a passing loop but good to see that locals want a train service.

I doubt there would be too many complaints if Newcourt went to hourly, which would allow an hourly stop at Hill Barton. Better still, now NR and ORR appear to like it again, lets stick some SR third rail down between Exmouth, Okehampton, and Barnstaple for improved acceleration!!!
