Does anyone have any suggestions for relatively recent books on the history of the railways post-privatisation? (apart from by Wolmar)

The InterCity story and the Network SouthEast story (? exact titles but they will be easy to find) by Chris Green bring their respective stories up to the 'present day' (at publishing; last couple of years), taking the reader through privatisation and subsequent developments.

Capital Transport recently brought out a book concerning the privatisation of London bus services which is well up to their excellent standards and it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't attempt something similar on the break-up of BR, if they could find a suitable author.
