Who else is going? Tornado, Mayflower, the Baby Deltic Project, the Brighton Belle project and everything else!

Plus shuttle trains from Chesterfield station into the site! Should be great :D

(wasn't sure where to put this btw, please move as appropriate)

Would like to have gone but funds for it are a bit low at the moment. But then got the SVR autumn steam gala and won't cost me anything since just down the road.

last year was great so were heading up this year, and not taking much money like we did last year and ended up with a 67, 37, 90, 3 decoders, 2 signals and a tub of ballast:|

I'll be there with my two little boys who are mad about model railways, I heard you can buy model rail tickets and shuttle tickets at Chesterfield station

From what I hear the first couple of shuttles are advanced tickets only, then you can buy tickets from Model Rail Live for a return run the Chesterfield and back.

Last year I manages to pick up the stunning VITrains West Coast class 37 & 47 double pack for £99, and a few other bits and bobs along the way, Cracking event, sad I won't be there this time around.
